1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Hold a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) that can be produced for verification purposes;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any person employed by hc777 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming suppliers, or payment partners;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by hc777;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

3.2  hc777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage of the player relationship and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

4. Account Registration

4.1  Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hc777 platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or unintentionally, will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein pending investigation.

4.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. hc777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

4.4  You must notify hc777 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hc777 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation in such circumstances.

4.5  Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, whether for financial gain or otherwise, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1  hc777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.

5.2  The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear, legible copy of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your account (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number);
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, if requested by the hc777 compliance team.

5.3  hc777 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by hc777's compliance policy at any given time.

5.4  KYC documents must be submitted through the secure document upload facility within your hc777 account settings. Do not send identity documents via email or live chat. hc777 will not be responsible for documents transmitted through unsecured channels.

5.5  Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit, or failure to respond to a compliance request within the stated deadline, may result in account restriction or closure. Any balance held in a restricted account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

6. Deposits

6.1  All deposits to your hc777 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hc777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency where enabled.

6.2  Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of each deposit request and may vary by payment method. hc777 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3  Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account or card belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

6.4  hc777 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency exchange may apply their own charges for which hc777 bears no responsibility.

6.5  Deposit transactions that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent activity will be reversed and the relevant account suspended. hc777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud.

7. Withdrawals

7.1  Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. hc777 will not process any withdrawal to a payment account not registered in the Player's own name.

7.2  Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by the hc777 compliance team.

7.3  Average processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions;
• EasyPaisa: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 2 to 4 business hours;
• Bank Transfer: Up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution;
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times and blockchain conditions at the time of processing.

7.4  hc777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond those stated above. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

7.5  Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the account balance prior to withdrawal processing. Only verified real-money funds with cleared wagering are eligible for withdrawal.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1  hc777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2  Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all hc777 promotions:

• Each bonus is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before they become withdrawable;
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met;
• If a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are met, hc777 will remove the bonus funds and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds;
• Wagering on games with a theoretical RTP above a threshold specified in the individual promotion terms may contribute at a reduced rate or zero to wagering requirements;
• Bonuses expire at the time stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8.3  hc777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated betting systems, or any other practice deemed by hc777 to undermine the integrity of its promotional offers.

8.4  hc777 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where technically or operationally necessary to do so.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1  Each game available on the hc777 platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, Keno Bonus Number sessions, and Mega Fishing — is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the hc777 platform.

9.2  In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game or bet, hc777 will apply its standard technical fault resolution procedure, which may result in the bet being voided and the stake being returned to the Player's account.

9.3  Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, the ICC for international events). In-play bets accepted after an event has been determined but before the result has been confirmed in our system will be voided.

9.4  Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of certified dealers operating under studio licence conditions. hc777 does not interfere with game outcomes.

9.5  Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error, pricing error, or odds error are not valid and will not be paid. hc777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or under evidently erroneous game conditions.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hc777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling hc777 to suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance held therein:

• Creating more than one registered account on the hc777 platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to generate bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Conducting transactions on the hc777 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hc777 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure or access control on the hc777 platform.

10.2  Where hc777 has reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Conduct, it may suspend the relevant account immediately and without notice pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1  hc777 may suspend or close a Player's account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) hc777 is required to do so under its licensing obligations or by a competent authority; (c) hc777 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

11.2  A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hc777 customer support. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any available real-money balance. hc777 will process a closure request within 5 business days of receipt.

11.3  Upon account closure, any unconverted bonus funds or bonus winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be permanently forfeited and will not be returned to the Player.

11.4  Where an account is closed following an investigation into Prohibited Conduct, hc777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of that investigation and any regulatory reporting obligations that may arise.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1  hc777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered Players. The following tools are available to every verified account holder and can be activated through the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hc777 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period and cannot be lifted early.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability

14.2  hc777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hc777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

14.4  The hc777 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While hc777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

15.1  hc777 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

15.2  By registering an hc777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where separately opted into).

17.4  Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

18. Governing Law

18.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hc777 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in hc777's licence documentation, copies of which are available upon request to verified account holders.

18.2  Subject to Section 17, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

18.3  Nothing in this Section shall prevent hc777 from enforcing any judgment or order in any other jurisdiction where a Player holds assets.
